Position: BODIA SPA GUEST RELATION SUPERVISOR | Location: Siem Reap

Duration: FULL TIME

Main Contact: Guest relation supervisor shall report directly to Bodia Spa Manager.

Scope of work:

The Bodia Spa guest relation supervisor in Siem Reap is one of the main support for Spa Manger and Operation Quality Manager in its daily tasks:

  • maintenance high standards of quality for the receipt team
  • Organize regulars  training and being the direct face to face contact with the guests
  • maintenance the level of service and quality by closely monitoring of the check in and check out of all profiles of customers with a strong ability for guest retention and up selling spa treatments and products

Functions & responsibilities: 

1. Staff training and internal skills monitoring:

Ensure proper internal training and guarantee top quality of Bodia Spa front line (receptionists welcoming, Spa cleanliness…) 

By closely monitoring the staff skills, Spa Guest relation supervisor should be able to establish the list of training needs from internal and external trainer and guarantee a proper schedule for each staff to reach the level of knowledge required. (Staff progression list, training schedules monitoring) 

Spa Guest relation supervisor must maintain a strict and permanent protocol of work with all team members. Protocols shall be as per company requirements and updated according to managers needs and judgement. 

2. Human resources 

Bodia Guest relation supervisor will assist Spa assistant manager in ensuring a permanent and sufficient recruitment of Bodia Spa front line operational staff in cooperation with the HR & Admin supervisor (cleaners, receptionist). 

By managing the team wisely he/she ensure the wellness of all team members and maintain a positive team spirit among all working shifts. 

Spa Guest relation supervisor will participate to the front line roster establishment and ensure the service maintenance at all time of Spa operations (weekends, evenings, ceremony days etc…) 

3.Reporting 

  • Walk Out report  

Spa guest relation supervisor assist shall assist in completing the guest walk out and guest satisfaction form. He/ She is concerned by the achievements of targets in term of revenue and quality of welcome. 

  • Guest Satisfaction report 

Guest relation supervisor  shall produce daily / weekly / monthly reports regarding Guests satisfaction form filled by guests at the end of treatment to follow up overall quality of front line ( check in and Out) including treatment feedback.  

Guest relation supervisor shall place his / her attention in monitoring customer’s feedback. Either by collecting comments directly from customers after treatment, Bodia treatment questionnaire analysis, through TripAdvisor or any public media. 

  • Employee meeting 

Guest relation supervisor shall participate in organising weekly employee meeting and edit the minutes to be communicated to all staff and management for close tracking of open issues and expectations.  Communicates clearly and directly with employees supervised concerning performance expectations, productivity and guest experience. Ensures that staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, marketing and promotions. 

4. Operational tasks 

As a team leader, Guest relation supervisor is capable of performing all booking and guest welcoming tasks, set up a room as per Bodia’s protocol, control all operations performed into the Spa service activity.  

A Guest Relation supervisor in Bodia is responsible for managing the first impressions of  Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: 

  • Review arrival lists in the log book to welcome pre-booked guests. 
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs and premier card members) and answer their inquiries with regard to treatment and the spa if any. 
  • Suggest treatment to guest by interacting with guest and understanding their need to deliver personalised service  
  • Provide information about amenities, area and Bodia Spa and promote services. 
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers in order to reduce guest walk out at his maximum. 
  • Address customer complaints and  resolve them in timely manner   
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the Spa and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting Bodia Spa when appropriate.

5. Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the “spirit” of the organisation.

Position: Regional Sales Manager | Location: Phnom Penh

Scope of work:

In order to open new local markets to Bodia spa services, Bodia requires a full-time Regional Sales manager to fulfil the following vital roles;

  • Identify new potential customers (including but not limited to travel agencies, hotels, boutiques, other spas, retail premises)
  • Organize and perform prospection visits to potential customers until sales in the aim of increasing the popularity and visibility of Bodia Spa.

Operational responsibilities:

Regional Sales manager is in charge of Bodia commercial prospection by proposing Bodia Spa services and products including the sales of Spa Training to potential customers

Sales prospection

  • Establish a detailed list of potential customers to visit and follow up in Cambodia but also abroad and manage database including all potential business partners (Travel agencies, hotels, airlines companies…)
  • Lead active prospection campaign (plan visits on phone and perform the commercial presentation).
  • Create prospection tools with the help of marketing department such as mini menu, factsheet, flyers…
  • Networking.

By closely managing its team, the Regional Sales Manager ensures that all tasks are securely handled to ensure the expected sales performance, staff security, satisfaction and compliance and above all, client information and satisfaction.

  • Recruitment: Retail manager should be in charge to follow up the recruitment process with Bodia’s admin department. Job description writing, recruitment process, interviews etc…
  • Training sales team members (sales executive): Regional Sales manager is in charge of training the selling staff regarding Spa services and customers management.
  • Admin & Bonus management: Keep administrative documentation up to date (job descriptions, flow chart, holidays or purchases request,…).

Incentive should be calculated every month by Regional Sales manager for each sales executive under his/ her watch. He/she should also bring advices about the incentives policy to adjust it as best as possible to the company & sales executive’ common benefit and motivation.

Scope Of Works: 

The Spa reservation officer in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap is responsible for fulfilling reservation requests based on spa room availability and customer preferences. He/ she handle correspondence, sending confirmation emails, verifying customer information, promoting spa facilities, and answering to customer inquiries. He / She assist our customers with their booking needs answering customers’ questions, making up selling suggestions, and booking spa rooms by spa location (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap)

Functions & responsibilities:

To be successful as a Reservation Officer candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, he/she would be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers (promotion plans, special advantages, membership cards holder’s benefits, etc…)

Reservation Officer must be excellent communicators. He/She should also be detail-orientated and enjoy assisting others. In addition to these traits, Bodia looks for applicants with the following skills:

  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of spa treatment options.
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.

Scope of work:

Human Resources Supervisor is a key person in the recruitment and daily management of Bodia staff. He/She is mainly in charge of fulfilling the employment offers provided by all departments and is a central actor to guarantee to cohesion of the team.

Functions & Responsibilities

Human resources:

  • RECRUITMENT (First priority function of the HR Supervisor): Prepare job announcement, shortlist, interview, and select candidates. Manage recruitment budget (posting, sponsorship program…)
  • Ensure a proper welcome of new employees in the related team. Guarantee a warm welcome with clear training handover by related supervisor and manager.
  • Scale employee salary, benefit, compensation and appraisal
  • Coordinate staff meeting and training to facilitate internal communication.

In order to support and develop its operations, Bodia is seeking for a Product- Sales Executive.


DUTIES

SCOPE OF WORK:
The Bodia Sale Executive will assist the Whole Sales Manager on promoting and selling Bodia products. She/He will maintain and develop good relationship customers in order to increase sale and reach monthly target.

SALES OPERATIONS:
– Branding Image Control: Constantly control the branding on displays. Implement corrective actions and / or training to ensure a constant brand proper representation. Implement the modification  decided in cooperation with management.

– Sales Follow Up: Follow up with partner’s representative about the current ordering from clients. Stock must be counted every week or received by email in order to push the customer to order frequently. Implement strategy to motivate re-ordering.

– Payment Collection: The sales executive tracks invoices and payment within terms. He must report to management team and accounting about payment issues.

– Clients’ Management: Documents tracking (invoice, stock list…), storage advices at client’s premises. Negotiate and treat open issues with clients. Such as special promotion or discount, nearly expire products return and / or replacement, loss and / or damage payments. Specific notice for consignment customer: establish contract for every new consignment customer, check stock on hand and close balance monthly.

Position profile: The product technical Supervisor (PTS) is in charge of the technical expertise of Bodia products and shall overlook the following aspects of the products:

Functions & responsibilities:

PTS shall have following responsibilities:

– Legal registration : Bodia general policy aims to follow a R&D and production European standards. PTS shall ensure proper documentation, cosmetic folders, application of GMP, registration towards competent authorities.

– R&D: Member of the Bodia’s decision team, the PTS shall participate to the new strategic products definition. He/ She handles the R&D phase by sourcing appropriate ingredients, conceptualize the prototypes, the production process and the tests validation. On a marketing point of view, the PTS actively participate in benchmarking the existing cosmetics global market and trends.

– Quality: In order to guarantee a constant quality level of Bodia products, the PTS is in charge to supporting the production quality teams, procurement team members in the raw material monitoring, production processes and final products conditions.

Requested skills:

  • Minimum Master in cosmetic engineering
  • 2 to 3 years of experience (excluding internship)
  • English, spoken, read, written.
  • Creative and open mind
  • Pack office.

Spa Therapist is responsible for the delivery of an efficient, friendly and results-driven spa experience and one who can exhibit an excellent and consistent level of customer service. You are the ‘spa experience’ that guests will have as they entrust themselves in your capable and expert hands, so you will be expected to execute treatments, engage guests in consultation and repartee, while making them feel as if they have entered a completely different environment from the one they came from.

Functions & responsibilities:

• Primary focus on sense of guest arrival/departure, hands-on treatment, cleanliness, room ambiance, and overall spa experience. Empathetic, friendly, and able to make people feel beautiful inside and out.
• Establish a long term relationship with customers.
• Can provide expertise in all areas of retail and treatments. Able and available to answer any questions that guests may have and give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add-on sales.
• Records all service/product items used.
• Takes charge of assigned room retail inventory.
• Takes control of guest booking once guest is endorsed by Reception.
• Coordinates the maintenance schedule of treatment room.
