Promoter at the Airport (M/F)

   Position: Promoter at the Airport (Seller Indoor) | Location: Phnom Penh International Airport

   Functions & responsibilities:

•  Keeping the Bodia Cambodian Apothecary stand tidy and clean including sweeping and mopping…etc

•  Informing customers about products, offering free testing, and assisting shoppers to find goods and products they are looking for.

•  Printing out the sale report and send it to line manager

•  Being responsible for processing cash and Card Payments to ensure it matches with invoice.

•  Checking products display on shelf and gondola and making sure they are accurate with attaching price tags on each item

•  Checking tester, expiry date of products, lights, sales report, uniform and reporting to Supervisor /Manager

•  Responsible in Stock Report

•  Working within established guidelines, rules and regulation.

Stock Officer (M/F)

Position: Stock Officer | FULL TIME | Location: Bodia Cambodian Apothecary Factory – Phnom Penh

Scope of work:

The main purpose of the Stock assistant job is to be always fully aware of the stock flows in and out in the Finished products warehouse. The stock assistant is responsible for receiving the orders from sales team and release the items accordingly. Stock assistant is fully responsible for the products security and loss in the warehouse.

Functions & responsibilities:

• Receive Finished Products (FP) from production to enter the stock : Count, control the quality and store based on FIFO (First In, First Out)

• Register the FP into the system (Stock cards / Stock report on server / Store hard copy of production documents).

• Prepare the FP to be extracted from the stock accordingly with request and respecting FIFO policy.

• Receive documentation (Invoices / Goods Transfer Note / Production Sheet) and register the products out of stock accordingly (Stock cards / Stock report on server)

• Responsible for the stock counting and stock report matching.

• Ensure a perfect organization, cleanliness & safety of the stock room and the products.

• Communicate with the sales teams (Siem Reap & Phnom Penh) regarding orders preparation & shipment follow up

Skills/Qualifications:

• Good English of speaking, writing

Spa Manager (M/F)

Position: Spa Manager | FULL TIME | Location: Phnom Penh Riverside & Aeon Mall 2

Scope of work:

The Bodia Spa manager in Phnom Penh is at the lead of operations and strategic decision in its Spa activities. He/ she is in charge to maintain the level of service and quality by ensuring sufficient human resources, training and monitoring of the activity.

Functions & responsibilities:

1.     Human resources

Bodia Spa manager is in charge of ensuring a permanent en sufficient recruitment of all Bodia Spa operational staff in cooperation with the HR & Admin supervisor (supervisors, receptionist, therapists, cleaners).

By managing the team wisely he/she ensures the proficiency of spa operation, wellness of all team members and maintain a positive team spirit among all working shifts.

2.     Reporting

a.     Sales report

Spa Manager shall have a daily/ weekly / monthly/ yearly view over its Spa sales performance. He/ She monitor sales in cooperation with Sales manager as per the performance objectives and ensure a clear knowledge and reading to implement actions that will lead to target achievements.

b.     Marketing & promotion report

Spa Manager shall have a daily / weekly / monthly / yearly view over the Marketing and communication efficiency around the Spa. Magazines, advertising, vouchers, partnerships should be followed up by him / her in order to optimize the marketing and communication budget return.

c.      Therapists working performances

Spa Manager shall monitor with Spa manager assistant the staff rosters and performance in term of work quantity and quality so the hours of treatment are fairly spread across the therapists available. He / she shall also be able to optimize the individual qualities of therapists to always achieve the best service to customers.

Spa manager is in charge of controlling the therapist payroll report to be communicated to accounting before end of each month for salary payments.

d.     Customers feedback

Spa Manager shall place his / her attention in monitoring the customer’s feedback. Either by collecting comments directly from customers after treatment, Bodia treatment questionnaire analysis, through tripadvisor or any public media.

e.     Employee meeting

Spa Manager shall organize weekly / monthly employee meeting and edit the minutes to be communicated to all staff and management for close tracking of open issues and expectations.  Communicates clearly and directly with employees supervised concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.  Addressed all aspects of human resource functions and employee reviews, conflict resolution and documentation.   Maintains team preparedness constantly training staff.  Coordinates all orientation and training functions for new and existing staff members within his/her supervisory scope.  Ensures that staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, marketing and promotions.

3.  Staff training and internal skills monitoring:

Ensure proper internal training and guarantee Bodia top quality (massage & treatment, receptionists welcoming, Spa cleanliness…)

By closely monitoring the staff skills, Spa manager should be able to establish the list of training needs from internal and external trainer and guarantee a proper schedule for each staff to reach the level of knowledge required. (Staff progression list, training schedules monitoring, external trainer contact and quotation.

Spa manager must maintain a strict and permanent protocol of work with all team members. Protocols shall be as per company requirements and updated according to managers needs and judgment.

4.  Ensure the maintenance of internal skills.

Spa Manager shall coordinate with top management, Bodia Spa Siem Reap and all internal resources to ensure that corporate knowledge of Bodia Spa is secured (treatments, massage skills, recipes…). Training programs shall be duly registered and secured on internal confidential training supports. Spa Manager shall guarantee the security of those supports.

5.  Operational tasks

As a team leader, the Spa manager is capable of performing all booking and guest welcoming tasks, set up a room as per Bodia’s protocol, perform inventory of all material and control all operations performed into the Spa service activity. Control cash collection and invoices paid. Investigate all possible breach into the process that may lead to potential cheating and secure the protocol.

Expectation:  Standard operating procedures are maintained at all times.  Reports, inventory, feedback, suggested changes are beneficial, accurate, and timely.

6.   Expenses control

Spa manager is in charge of controlling and optimizing the expenses of the Spa operational costs. He/ she shall track all invoices and make sure the daily expenses and stocks are controlled and protected.

7.   Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the “spirit” of the organization. 

Expectation:  Company commitment is consistent and positive.

8.   Spa industry benchmark

Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis – quarterly or more often if need to be).

9.   Represent Bodia Spa at social and business events

The Spa sale & Marketing manager shall attend beneficial events for the Bodia brand (Spa and nature) in cooperation with Sales Manager to promote the brand in any occasion: Eurocham, CCFC, Ministry of Commerce or Tourism, District sellers community…

10.  Monitor general image of Bodia Spa to keep it at its best level

Communicate and monitor with Spa team in order to report all maintenance details that needs improvement and follow up to maintain a good image at Bodia Spa.

The Bodia Spa Manager in Phnom Penh shall report directly to Bodia General Manager.

Job requirements:

•  Nationality : KHMER

•  Language: Khmer and English should be fluently spoken, written and understood.

•  Work experience of minimum 5 years in the hospitality business in Cambodia or abroad.

Functions & responsibilities:

• Primary focus on operations of the front desk, telephone, sense of guest arrival/departure, and management and stock of main lobby retail area.
• Well versed in all areas of retail/service and available to answer any questions that guests may have and be able to give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add-on sales.

Job Description:    

Spa Therapist is responsible for the delivery of an efficient, friendly and results-driven spa experience and one who can exhibit an excellent and consistent level of customer service. You are the ‘spa experience’ that guests will have as they entrust themselves in your capable and expert hands, so you will be expected to execute treatments, engage guests in consultation and repartee, while making them feel as if they have entered a completely different environment from the one they came from.

Functions & responsibilities:

• Primary focus on sense of guest arrival/departure, hands-on treatment, cleanliness, room ambiance, and overall spa experience. Empathetic, friendly, and able to make people feel beautiful inside and out.
• Establish a long term relationship with customers.
• Can provide expertise in all areas of retail and treatments. Able and available to answer any questions that guests may have and give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add-on sales.
• Records all service/product items used.
• Takes charge of assigned room retail inventory.
• Takes control of guest booking once guest is endorsed by Reception.
• Coordinates the maintenance schedule of treatment room.
• Monitors, maintains and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables and work tools.
• Participates in monthly meeting with Spa Department Heads on club performance, staff relations, training, productivity, equipment and facility maintenance, inventory, stocking and control.
• Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the “spirit” of the organization.
• Monitors personal performance tracking reports like attendance, training sessions attended, commission/incentives earned, and other work-related reports required.

• The position of Therapist – Aesthetician or Masseuse is dynamic but routine. He/she is essential at all hours of spa operations unless operational requirements suggest otherwise.
